CONSTRUCTION ALERT – Gilman Parking Structure, T-Mobile Antenna Improvements

Project Description/Location:

Telecommunication upgrades for T-Mobile 4G mobile devices will occur at the Gilman Parking Structure starting March 24, 2014. This parking structure is located at the intersection of Gilman Drive and Russell Lane, west of the Sixth College Residence Halls and the Pepper Canyon Apartments. The upgrades are anticipated to take approximately four days with completion expected on March 27, 2014.

Immediate Street Impacts:

Lift equipment will be used on the sidewalk on the northwest corner of the parking structure over the stairs; on the sidewalk on the west side of the parking structure; and at the southeast corner of the parking structure. There will be lane and walkway closures on the north side of Gilman Drive at Russell Lane to accommodate construction activities. Street delineators, signage, and traffic control will be present.
