Revisions to Policy and Procedure Manual 230-20,

Appointment of Academic Personnel, and Policy and Procedure Manual 230-28, Academic Advancements and Reappointments: Addition of Supplement III - Guidelines for the Professor of Clinical X (Pharmacy) Series I am pleased to announce the addition of a new supplement to UCSD Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) Section 230-20, Appointment of Academic Personnel, and Section 230-28, Academic Advancements and Reappointments. This addition - Supplement III, Guidelines for the Professor of Clinical X (Pharmacy) Series-is effective as of March 1, 2014.

The supplement provides guidelines to assist in evaluating the appropriateness of appointment to and advancement within the Professor of Clinical X (Pharmacy) series in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Like the existing Supplement I, Guidelines for the Professor of Clinical X (e.g., Medicine) Series, Supplement III appears as an addition to both PPM 230-20 and PPM 230-28.
