SUBJECT:   Campus Phone Outage: Friday, April 11th, 10:00 PM through Saturday, April 12th 12:00 AM

In order to keep our telephone system operating in an optimal state, we need to install a software upgrade on our telephone system. We have scheduled 10:00 PM April 11th (Friday) through 12.00 AM April 12th (Saturday) for this software upgrade. During this 2-hour software upgrade, each telephone line will be out-of-service for approximately 10-15 minutes.

While the upgraded telephone system will be compatible with our existing telephone equipment, in some cases you may need to reset one or all of the following three phone features:

1. Accept 2nd Call
2. Follow Me
3. External Call Forward
