Formal Review of PPSM-3: Types of Appointment

The University of California is proposing a revision to Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM)-3: Types of Appointment which is applicable to staff members in the Professional & Support Staff and Managers & Senior Professionals personnel groups.

The revisions to PPSM-3 include combining relevant language from PPSM-24 (Per Diem Positions) and PPSM-61 (Release During the Probationary Period or from Limited Casual/Restricted, and Floater Positions) with PPSM-3 in order to have all relevant language in one policy.

Employees who wish to provide comments on the proposed revisions may submit them to worklife@ucsd.edu no later than May 19, 2017.
