12th Annual Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Celebration

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in the 12th Annual Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Celebration. The campus will host numerous events including lectures, film screenings and workshops to commemorate the Asian Pacific Islander American culture, traditions and history. This year’s theme is “Making Waves: Centering Arts, Activism and Our Stories."

In recognition of this annual event, two hours of administrative leave with pay have been approved so that employees may participate in the 12th Annual Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Celebration activities. Supervisors are asked to allow employees to attend, as long as the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties or patient care.
