This event launches a multi-day series of meetings by an international panel of physical activity experts. Funded by the National Cancer Institute and hosted by the UC San Diego Institute for Public Health, these visiting researchers and scholars from Europe, South America and the United States will be collaborating on a new Lancet journal supplement on Physical Activity and Global Public Health.

Join us to hear the most current global physical activity and health research, and how it can serve as a road map for future research and public health policy initiatives. This event is open to campus and local community attendees.
