UC San Diego Health App Available for Mobile Devices

The new MyUCSDHealth app for mobile devices is now available – download it today! The app provides patients with the ability to manage their health information and communicate with UC San Diego Health providers quickly and easily.

With the new MyUCSDHealth app, all users can:

* Find urgent care or express care with walk-in access and save your spot in line
* Search our database of physicians and other providers
* Find clinic and hospital addresses, maps, and parking information

Additionally, if you are a patient at UC San Diego Health and have a MyChart account, you can use the app on your mobile device to:

* View test results
* Schedule appointments
* Communicate securely with your providers
* Manage prescriptions and medications
* Link to patient and visitor information
* View and pay your bills

If you are a patient at UC San Diego Health but have not yet registered for MyUCSDChart, visit https://myucsdchart.ucsd.edu and request a New User activation code today. You can use this same link to download the MyUCSDChart app.

Keep in mind, Open Enrollment begins October 25. If you are considering switching your care to UC San Diego Health, this convenient mobile application will be available for your use.
