ALL ACADEMICS, STAFF AND STUDENTS AT UC SAN DIEGO

SUBJECT:    **UPDATE** of 3/18/19 Community Alert Bulletin – Campus Threats

We anticipate this will be the last threat postings update, barring a change in circumstances.

Since Monday (3/18), there have been no new reported incidents. Our investigation will remain open and we continue to encourage anyone with information to contact us at 858-534-4357 or detective@ucsd.edu.

Today we had additional UCPD officers, supplemented by officers from the California Highway Patrol, patrolling locations throughout campus; Community Service Officers augmented their efforts. The San Diego Police Department will continue to provide extra patrol of our campus. We are thankful for the assistance of all our law enforcement partners to safeguard of our community.

We remind our community to use the Triton Rides rideshare service or our campus escort service which can be reached at 858-534-9255.

The Deans of Student Affairs are available to assist individual graduate and undergraduate students seeking academic support services for final exams (Graduate Dean: 858-534-3550; Eleanor Roosevelt College: 858-534-2204; Muir College: 858-534-3588; Revelle College: 858-534-1578; Sixth College: 858-822-5966; Thurgood Marshall College: 858-534-4397; and Warren College: 858-534-6171).
