Continuous learning enhances our capacity to perform and builds our sense of community. It enables all of us to acquire skills to keep pace with fast-changing demands that emerge from campus growth, advancing technology, and the challenges we take on pursuing career growth within the university.
The Staff Equal Opportunity Enrichment Program (SEOEP) provides training and career development funds for individuals and departments. On the individual level, the program provides up to $500.00 for training activities to eligible staff employees seeking a promotion or career change. On the departmental level, the program provides up to $5,000.00 for training activities to eligible departments supporting their employees who are seeking a promotion or career change.
The application period for the Staff Equal Opportunity Enrichment Program 2019-2020 will be open on May 1, 2019.
Individual and department proposals for SEOEP funds must be received by May 31, 2019, at 11:59 pm.
