FORMAT
* The notice or flyer should be prepared in the e-mail program in plain text with no formatting such as: (bold, center, italics, underlining, graphics etc.) Also, make sure lines are no longer than 72 characters.
* It can be imported from the originator's word processing software into the text of the email message. Please do not include the item as an attachment.
* Most word processors will export (or save) in ascii text format for inclusion into the e-mail message.
