Subject: 1992-93 Staff Award Programs
Due to fiscal constraints, the UCSD staff award programs (MAP Awards, A&PS Professional Awards and Special Performance Awards) will not be funded in fiscal year 1992/93. It is unfortunate that such rewards will not be available this year to recognize the accomplishments of staff during these difficult times. However, it has been determined that the significant shortfall in State support will require that such funds be used to mitigate the effects of the budget cuts.
