TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES July 27, 1993 KEY ADMINISTRATORS/KEY SUPPORT STAFF SUBJECT: 1994 Universitywide Telephone Directory UNIVERSITYWIDE DIRECTORY The alphabetical listing section of the Universitywide Directory should be reviewed in preparation for publication of the 1994 edition. Additions and deletions to the directory must be received from campus and the UCSD Medical Center departments by August 17, 1993. Other corrections, i.e., addresses, telephone numbers and titles will be updated automatically from personnel forms and other sources. Any such changes not yet submitted should be processed immediately. SELECTION CRITERIA Selection criteria is defined in the two categories listed below: 1. AUTOMATIC INCLUSION - Members of the Academic Senate, Professors, Deans, Directors and Department Chairs 2. AUTHORIZED INCLUSION - Principal campus administrative officers, key staff administrators and other key personnel who have a need for frequent contact with Universitywide offices and other campuses, and are so identified by the head of their departments. ACTION REQUIRED You are requested to review current Universitywide alphabetical listings and submit by memorandum the names of personnel to be added into the Universitywide Directory along with their fax numbers. Also, designate which of the current listings are to be deleted.
