I am pleased to announce the selection of Pamela Sanford as the Director of Budget Operations, Planning and Analysis.
Ms. Sanford holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Los Angeles. Her previous appointments include Senior Finance Manager for US West - TransWestern Publishing and Director of Treasury Operations & Financial Services for Ventura Software Inc., a Xerox Company.
