SUBJECT: Financial Planners on Campus on Monday, October 30, 1995
Recent UC Benefit Programs employee publications, and campus Benefits presentations and workshops have focused on the importance of pre-retirement and financial planning to understand investment options and maximize retirement income. In response to requests to further assist employees with meeting overall personal financial objectives, local consultants and experts in the financial planning field have agreed to participate in a Financial Planning Awareness Day. The event is scheduled for Monday, October 30, 1995 and will be held in the Price Center Ballroom A located at University Center, central campus.
Several licensed, professional financial consultants will be present from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to confer with employees regarding all aspects of personal finance. All UCSD employees are invited to attend and may meet with consultants, for an individual counseling session, on a first-come, first-served basis.
