SUBJECT: Office of Admissions to Host "UCSD PREVIEW DAY",
Saturday, November 11, 1995
As part of the Outreach and Recruitment activities for the Fall 1996 class, the Office of Admissions will host "UCSD Preview Day" on Saturday, November 11, 1995, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for prospective students and their parents.
Preview Day offers graduating high school students and community college transfer students and their families an opportunity to visit the campus and meet with UCSD students, faculty and staff. Representatives from academic departments, The Colleges, and student organizations will be available to discuss academic programs, majors, and campus life.
Additional activities will include special seminars and presentations by Faculty, College representatives, information on admissions and application requirements, applying for scholarships and financial aid, employment
and research opportunities for students, and campus housing, meal plans and costs.
Campus tours will be offered every half hour from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Parking is free for this special event. All activities will
take place in and around the Price Center.
