Southwest Airlines - Discount Fare Program

Southwest Airlines has offered the University of California a
discount fare program on a trial basis for the period January 1,
1996 through June 30, 1996. The discount fare will be $39
one-way for any city pair within the State of California offered by
Southwest Airlines.

The terms and conditions of the agreement are:

The university is required to designate no more than 2 travel
agencies that have authorization to access these fares and
administer bookings under this program. In order to ensure
that San Diego can take advantage of these fares by the
January 1 effective date, our preferred campus travel agency
will be the designated agency at this time:

Tickets purchased under this program:

can only be used by employees of the university for official
business travel and any other use will result in termination of
the program;

will be valid for travel during the period beginning January 1,
1996 and will expire on June 30, 1996.
