ACT Computer Center Hours of Operation

The ACT Computer Center operates on a 24-hour-per-day, 7-day-per-week
basis. Due to certain processing requirements, not all systems are
available 24-hours-per-day. The following schedules are the current times
for the systems listed to be available for general use:

IFIS DSE     20:15 - 19:15 (23 hours daily)*

ISIS Online   07:00 - 18:00 (11 hours daily)*

ISIS DSE     20:15 - 18:45 (22.5 hours daily)*

UNEX      02:00 - 24:00 (22 hours daily)*

PPS Online   00:00 - 20:00 (20 hours daily except
                during payroll cycle nights)*

         04:00 - 20:00 (18 hours during payroll
               cycles)**

* During Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, hours available for general use
may be limited due to hardware or software maintenance. When maintenance
is required and a change is made to the available hours, ACT will issue an
online broadcast message to give as much advance notice as possible. When
there is a major change scheduled which will reduce significantly the
available hours, telephone contact will be made with key clients to
coordinate that change.

** Payroll cycles occur every other Thursday and approximately the fifth
working day from the end of the month.
