UCSD Response to the Human Resource Management Initiatives (HRMI)

I would like to thank the campus community for the valuable and timely
input we received regarding the Human Resource Management Initiatives
(HRMI). A comprehensive UCSD response to HRMI has been forwarded to
the Office of the President. The response is now available in Infopath for
your information along with the HRMI proposal.

Departments are encouraged to make hard copies of these documents, route
them to staff in their area, and discuss potential impacts of the proposed
changes in preparation for future review cycles. If you are unable to
access these documents, hard copies are available by request from Christine
