Administrative Leave for Holiday Pancake Breakfast

The UCSD Staff Association's 22nd Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast
will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 1996, in the Price Center
Ballroom. The Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Tickets are available in advance from UCSD Staff Association Executive
Board Members or may be purchased at the door.

In recognition of this annual event, I am approving a one hour
administrative leave with pay on December 11 so employees may
attend the Breakfast. Supervisors may allow employees one hour of
administrative leave to attend the event when the absence does not
infringe upon the performance of required job duties.

I hope each of you will be able to attend.
