| SUBJECT: | Human Resources Department Holiday Schedule |
This is to advise you that all divisions of the Human Resources Department on campus will remain open during the regularly scheduled working days for the period December 23 through January 3, with the following exceptions:
- Campus Employee Rehabilitation will be closed during the period December 23 through January 3; however, urgent requests for services can be left on Voice Mail and a response call will be made that day;- The Campus Employment Office will be closed December 26, 27 and 30. Applications may be submitted through the mail, or in the drop box in the lobby hallway; and
- The Retirement Association Office will be closed December 30, January 2 and 3.
During the holiday period December 23 through January 3, positions will not be posted to the UCSD Job Bulletin. The posting to the on-line bulletin will resume on January 6.
