SUBJECT: | Revised Notice -- Interim Personnel Policies Related to Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action for Staff Employees |
This notice supplements the notice regarding Interim Personnel
Policies Related to Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action for Staff
employees dated February 9, 1996 to revise instructions to manual
holders.
Please utilize the hard copies of the Interim Policies attached to the
February 9 notice.

Manual Holders are requested to take the following actions:
1) Remove and discard SPP 200, dated May 1, 1993, and insert
SPP 200, dated January 1, 1996.
2) Remove and discard SPP 201, dated August 1, 1992, and insert
SPP 201, dated January 1, 1996.
3) Insert SPP 210, page 1, dated January 1, 1996. On SPP 210, dated
January 1, 1981, cross-out SPP 210.1 to 210.6.b, and retain the
rest.
4) Insert SPP 211, page 1 & 2, dated January 1, 1996. On SPP 211,
dated April 1, 1991, cross-out SPP 211.1 to 211.11, and retain
the rest.
5) Insert SPP 260, page 1, dated January 1, 1996. On SPP 260, dated
July 1, 1980, cross-out 260.1 to 260.6, and retain the rest.
