Telephone System Shutdown Tonight

Administrative Computing and Telecommunications (ACT) will be implementing
a major hardware and software upgrade to the Campus Telephone system
tonight, Friday, June 21st.

Due to the upgrade shutdown procedure, there will be NO telephone service
available tonight, Friday, June 21st, beginning at 9:00 PM until the
upgrade has been completed at approximately 6:00 AM Saturday, June 22nd.

To facilitate the upgrade, there will continue be a freeze on some
telephone Customer Service Requests (CSR's) through June 25th. Please
contact ACT Customer Assistance at x45530 with questions.
