SUBJECT: 1997 Holiday Pancake Breakfast
The UCSD Staff Association's 23rd Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 1997, in the Price Center Ballroom. The Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Tickets are available in advance from UCSD Staff Association Executive Board Members or may be purchased at the door.
In recognition of this annual event, I am approving a one-hour administrative leave with pay on December 17 so employees may attend the Breakfast. Therefore, supervisors may allow employees one-hour of
administrative leave to attend the event when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties.
I hope each of you will be able to attend this annual event.
