I am pleased to announce the revision of UCSD's Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures. The document was available for informal review in March of 1999 and for formal review in June of 1999. This issuance, effective August 1, 1999, is available for those concerned at the following address:

The committee thanks those people who provided comments during these review periods. As finally implemented, the document contains minor changes from the draft posted for formal review.
