SUBJECT:  Directory of UCSD's Community Outreach

As many of you know, next year UCSD will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its founding. One valuable element of that celebration will be the publication and web posting of a comprehensive directory of UCSD outreach programs.

Last year many of you supplied information about your outreach programs for a UCSD Healthcare brochure and for a campus Governmental & Community Relations document. We want to update that information and add activities that were not captured in those documents. Toward that end we ask that you complete a web-based form by December 10, 1999. To access that form, click on http://www-er.ucsd.edu/asp/outreach/ .

The information you provide will be available also in a multi-use database.
