SUBJECT:  Holiday Operating Hours of Selected Business And Financial
                     Services Units

In order to assist in the effective processing of time sensitive transactions during the holiday season, this notice is to advise you of the operating hours of selected units of Business and Financial Services for the remaining work days of 1999. The operating hours of Mail Services and the Storehouse were previously distributed in separate campus notices.

The following hours are in effect for Dec 27 through Dec 29 for the following units:

Bursars Office 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Cashiers Office 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Disbursements/Travel 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except 4:00 p.m. on 12/29)
Extramural Funds 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
General Accounting 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Payroll 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except 4:30 p.m. on 12/29)
Purchasing & Equip. Mgmt. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
