New Web Site - University Communications Office (UCO)

In an effort to keep our campus community informed about what's
happening at UCSD, we've redesigned the University Communications
Office (UCO) Web site to provide up-to-the-minute news and events
information.

The new Web site is part of External Relations' ongoing efforts to
improve communication within our UCSD family by providing instant
access to timely campus information. In fact, now you can have
campus news delivered directly to your desktop by signing up to
receive news releases by e-mail.

Here are some of the new resources on our Web site:

* NEWS STORIES - breaking news from all areas of campus is
regularly posted and updated. Subscribe to our listserv and we'll
send the news directly to your e-mail.

* MASTER CALENDAR OF EVENTS -- a continuously updated listing
of concerts, plays, events, performances, exhibitions, lectures
and conferences sponsored by UCSD

* SHOWCASE -- a quarterly publication highlighting upcoming
popular events at UCSD

* CAMPUS MAP AND TOUR INFORMATION

* UCSD TIMES ONLINE - UCSD's faculty and staff newspaper
