SUBJECT:  UCSD Electronic Mail Procedures and Practices,
                   PPM 135-5

The University of California Electronic Mail Policy was issued March 23, 1998. UC policy mandated that each campus develop, maintain, and publish specific procedures and practices that implement the UC Email policy.

The implementing guidelines for UCSD can be accessed at http://adminrecords.ucsd.edu/ppm/docs/135-5.HTML. These guidelines should be reviewed by managers, supervisors, and others concerned.
