SUBJECT:  Interim Acting Dean Appointment

David McDonald resigned his position September 3, 1999 as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Outreach and Diversity Programs. Although we will miss David a great deal, we wish him well in his new position within the Oregon university system.
