SUBJECT:    Journal Editors Focus Groups

The UCSD Libraries, with funding from the California Digital Library, are carrying out a project to identify faculty members who are editors or associate editors of scholarly journals. The Libraries are eager to learn what UCSD faculty with such a perspective have to say about journal pricing, copyright, and other issues relevant to scholarly communication. To that end, the Libraries will sponsor focus groups of UCSD faculty member editors in March.

The purpose of this NOTICE is to ask you to identify yourself if you are an editor. We have attempted to gather this information in other ways, but do not want to miss any one. We are specifically interested in individuals who serve as editors-in-chief, associate editors, co-editors, section editors, or in any other capacity of editorial responsibility. Please provide the information below via email to mailto:jtom@ucsd.edu.
