UCSD Email Procedures and Practices require that annual notice be sent to all Email account holders informing them that the following two documents are available on the Web.

"UC Electronic Mail Policy" (issued March 23, 1998) at http://www.ucop.edu/irc/policy/

and

University of California Electronic Mail Policy entitled "UCSD Email Procedures and Practices" (issued October 30, 1998) at http://adminrecords.ucsd.edu/ppm/docs/135-5.html

This notice is provided in accordance with Section 3.3 of UCSD Email Procedures and Practices.
