SUBJECT:  UCSD Performance Appraisal and Development Models in Microsoft Word

This Notice is provided to announce the availability of the UCSD Performance Appraisal and Development Models in Microsoft Word Version. The availability of the Models in Microsoft Word will permit their completion online.

The Procedures, Models, and Process may be accessed on the Human Resources Department website at:

and thereafter scrolling to Procedure 23/Performance Appraisal.
