SUBJECT:  The UCSD Staff Association Annual Holiday Pancake
                     Breakfast

The UCSD Staff Association's 26th Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2000, in the Price Center Ballroom. The Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

In recognition of this annual event, I am approving a one hour administrative leave with pay on December 13 so that employees may attend the Breakfast. Therefore, supervisors are encouraged to grant employees one hour of administrative leave to attend the Breakfast when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties.

Complimentary parking will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at the metered spaces on Myers Drive and in the Gilman Parking Structure. Additional information regarding the Holiday Breakfast is available at http://orpheus.ucsd.edu/sa/breakfast.html
