SUBJECT:  UCSD STAFF ASSOCIATION HOLIDAY PANCAKE
                     BREAKFAST

It's that time of the year again to see friends, share the joys of the holidays with coworkers, and be served a hot, delicious breakfast from our executive administrators.

The 26th Annual Staff Association Holiday Pancake Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2000 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Price Center Ballrooms A & B.

This event will also host a toy drive to benefit the UCSD Medical Center's Pediatric Unit and a food drive to benefit the San Diego Food Bank.

* Please remember to bring an unwrapped toy and/or food donation.
* Poinsettia sale ($6 each)
* Holiday Sweatshirt sale ($15 each)
* Drawing for a new computer

All proceeds from these sales will go to the Pediatric unit.

Other activities will include:
* Pictures with Santa
* Raffle for great prizes
* Bob Gudgeon Memorial Fund
* Craft Sale
* Collection of used eyeglasses/sunglasses to send to Honduras

The tickets will be the same price as last year, $4.50, however, there will be a limited number available and none will be sold at the door. You can buy them from the representatives listed below or at the Holiday Pancake Breakfast table at the Price Center courtyard on December 6-8 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. If departments wish to recharge tickets, please contact Cindy Lyons at x47149 or email at " cglyons@ucsd.edu" Because there will be a limited number of tickets, please purchase them early!

Thanks to the Parking Office, there will be free parking between the hours of 7:00am to 9:30am in all the metered spaces on Myers Drive and in the Gilman Parking Structure.
