SUBJECT:  Traffic Delays - Voigt Drive and Gilman Drive Intersection
                     December 18, 2000 through December 29, 2000

The Utility Tunnel under Interstate 5 is nearing completion. Both electrical and telephone utilities from the tunnel need to be connected to existing utilities located under both Voigt Drive and Gilman Drive. Water will also be connected from the East Campus to West Campus during this time.

Please expect some traffic delays during this time as only one lane of traffic will be open.
