SUBJECT:  Telecommunications Recharges Inquiry Facility

We are pleased to announce the release of the Telecommunications Recharges inquiry facility, a new way to access your campus Telecommunications Recharge information via the web.

The system can be accessed directly at: http://telecomrecharges.ucsd.edu or through FinancialLink where it is listed as one of the options under Detail Reports in the Reports section (http://financiallink.ucsd.edu). The system is secure and access to it requires a valid FinancialLink login id and password.

This system provides recharge information in three areas: Local/Long Distance Charges, Equipment/Line Charges, and Customer Service Requests. Reports can be generated using a valid IFIS Index, Fund, Organization or Program. Reports can also be generated by person or telephone extension after entering the appropriate date range (single or multiple General Ledger months).
