SUBJECT:  Annual Campus ID Validation Stickers

Each year, the Student Account and University Billing Services Office (SAUBS), formerly the Bursar's Office, distributes a supply of annual validation stickers to departments on campus. Our list of departmental contacts is now out of date, and we are requesting that departments submit contact names, Timekeepers and/or MSO (Management Services Officer), to Mark Adams, maadams@ucsd.edu, by May 25, 2001.

In addition, we are requesting that you use the following format:
