SUBJECT: U.S. Postal Service Rate Hike
The Postal Rate Commission (PRC) recently approved a rate increase for certain classes of mail. The U.S. Postal Service stated that the following rate changes will go into effect July 1, 2001.

| -non profit auto letter basic | $0.155 | $0.158 |
MEDIA MAIL (book rate)
-single piece up an average of $0.03 (depending on zone and weight)
BOUND PRINTED MATTER
-single piece up an average of $0.09 (depending on zone and weight)
