On behalf of the SVCAA, I am writing to solicit your input regarding the condition of classrooms in which you teach. There was concern raised at the last departmental chairs meeting about the condition of rooms (e.g. ventilation, lighting, cleanliness) and the available facilities. It seems appropriate to survey the faculty at the conclusion of this academic year.

If there were poor conditions or difficulties in a classroom(s) in which you taught this year, could you please make a comment to me by return email. Please provide the room number and be as specific as possible about the problem(s). If you have a suggestion for improvement please offer it. Once we can identify specific problems we will work with physical plant to solve them for the forthcoming year.
