                     Supplement to Military Pay

Effective immediately, a special supplement will be paid to employees who have been called to or volunteer for active military duty during Operation Enduring Freedom or Noble Eagle (the anti-terrorism and homeland defense campaigns), or any other active military duty meant to support President Bush's call for a war on terrorism.
