SUBJECT:  New Director of Employee Relations

The search to fill the position of Director, Employee Relations has been completed. After a national search and consultation with a variety of campus colleagues, Jenni Leibman has been appointed to the position.

Her career at UCSD commenced in 1979 as an Employment Representative and she has been a Principal Personnel Analyst and Employee Relations Specialist since November 1993.

Jenni's focus will be to accomplish the objectives and goals essential to sustain the quality of the UCSD Employee Relations program. Jenni will assume her new responsibility effective September 1st.
