SUBJECT:  Mail Services Holiday Schedule

During the holiday season, Mail Services will provide normal business services with the following exceptions:

- Mail Services and the Price Center Post Offices will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1, 2003.

- On normal business days during the period December 16th through 30th, afternoon deliveries will be suspended for those limited number of units that normally have them, due to reduced staffing caused by the absence of the students. Morning deliveries will be provided as usual during this period.

- On December 12th, both Mail Services and the Price Center Post Offices will be closed at 12:00 Noon. We ask that you have all of your outgoing mail to us by 11:15 a.m. to meet the U.S. Postal Service noontime pickup.

- From December 16th through 23rd, the Price Center Post Office will be open from 9:00 - 3:00 p.m. This facility will not be open for business on December 26-30. The hours and working days are shortened due to the low volume of customers typically experienced during this period.
