SUBJECT:  Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity
                       Awards Program Rescheduled and Nomination Deadline Extended

The Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Award Program-- originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2003--has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 26, 2004. The Program will be held at the Institute of the Americas from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. We regret any inconvenience caused by this postponement.

In addition, the nomination deadline has been extended to Friday, December 5, 2003. All members of the UCSD community are invited and encouraged to nominate staff colleagues who deserve the title Diversity Champion.
