Project Description/Location

The West Campus Utility Loop project, currently under construction, will commence the next phase of work with the demolition of buildings 403, 404, 405, 406 and 408. This is in preparation for the installation of the high temperature and chilled water lines, potable water and gas to supply the adjacent future buildings. This area will eventually become the future relocated Rupertus Lane in approximately two years.

Immediate Street Impacts

This work will begin on December 15, 2004 with the erection of construction fencing. The demolition and site clearance should be completed by approximately June, 2004. Rupertus Lane will be totally accessible and vehicle spaces on the north side will be relocated to the south side.
