SUBJECT:  Expansion of Eligibility for Family and Medical Leave

The University is committed to fostering an inclusive community, which acknowledges and values the inherent worth and dignity of every person, and promotes tolerance, sensitivity, and mutual respect among its members. This commitment to inclusiveness is evidenced by the recent revision to UC Personnel Policy 43.C (Family and Medical Leave).

Revised UC PERSONNEL Policy 43.C extends Family and Medical Leave coverage to eligible employees who have domestic partners.
