SUBJECT:  Feedback on Paper Reduction Proposals

One of the teams under the Rapid Process Redesign Project is exploring ways to reduce the use of paper and thereby save on paper and handling costs. One of the team's recommendations is that the Operating Ledger be immediately reduced from two printed copies to one, and that the LASR be reduced from three paper copies to two.
