As the suite of online features allowing for the real-time transaction of all business related to employment with UCSD, the Applicant Toolkit gives jobseekers the power to:

* Create a personal jobseeker account with password for safe, easy, 24/7 access

* Prepare an Online Resume/Application even before applying for specific job opportunities

* Submit an application for job opportunities with just a few keystrokes

* Update contact information (name, address, telephone, E-mail address) and add a new employer without creating a new Online Resume/ Application

* Track the progression of an application from start through the hiring decision

STAFF SKILL BANK
Many Blank Assistants I, II, and III with financial online systems experience have earned overtime compensation through the Staff Skill Bank program. Due to its popularity, the Skill Bank has now been expanded to include Administrative Specialist, Administrative Analyst, and Computer Resource Specialist. See the Skill Bank at:
