As Chancellor and Chief Diversity Officer, I am taking this opportunity to reaffirm the University of California, San Diego's (UCSD) commitment to creating and maintaining a harassment-free environment that promotes and encourages equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and accessibility to individuals with disabilities.
