SUBJECT: Implementation of the Overdraft Reporting The Overdraft Team for SPEAR, working with ACT, has developed a new overdraft reporting and monitoring process to facilitate the stewardship responsibilities of Administrative Officials. The overdraft reporting process will begin in April with the first overdraft reports being available in FinancialLink after the April ledger close date, May 2. In anticipation of the April implementation date, three overdraft process and system orientations have been scheduled.

General Campus These orientations will assist the users in their understanding of the system and in setting up overdraft report profiles. The presentations are designed for those individuals with responsibilities directly related to fund management. This would include such positions as Fund Manager, Financial Manager, MSO, and unit manager as well as those positions with fiscal oversight responsibilities in the Deans', Vice Chancellors' and Controller's Offices.
