SUBJECT:  Staff Retention and Support Initiatives

Last year, a steering committee on staff retention and support issues (SRSSC) developed a series of initiatives focused on the needs of staff at UC San Diego. The Staff Retention and Support website has recently been expanded to show the status of these initiatives and provide links to background on this effort.
